Cretan Land vinegar

In Greek language, the word vinegar derives from the words “wine” and “sour”.

Ancient Greeks used vinegar in a variety of ways, such as dressings and pickles. Their knowledge in vinegar was quite extended to the level that they could separate different vinegar selections and varieties.

They also believed that including a small amount of vinegar in everyday diet helps digestion.
